Your Buying Strategy of the Day: Monday March 17th, 2014

If you are so inclined, there is a sale at TRU right now, enter the code “SALE20” to get 20% off one regularly priced item. I have yet to figure out how or if I will take advantage of this.

Kmart has some things on sale, and probably the best of them is listed as out of stock. When looking at Kmart’s sales page, keep in mind that if the price looks good, they just haven’t updated it to sold out yet. Grr…
Here’s what they do have:

70136 Banana Bash is $11.32 from $14.99, limit 5.

Part out is $27.43 or 2.42x. That doesn’t include 6 items, though that probably means they won’t be hot sellers anyway.
And yes, Speedorz is still happening.

76004 Spider-Cycle Chase is $15.54 from $19.99, limit 5.

Part out is $40.17 or 2.58x. This thing has been on sale everywhere lately but Amazon does not appear to have it on sale at the moment. It may be officially disappearing like the Wolverine set did.

And a Bricks on the Dollar staple, 70721 Kai Fighter is $14.43 from $19.99, limit 5.

Part out is $40.83 or 2.83x. I’m not sure what the ratio has been in the past deals for this set, but it seems as good a time as any to get some or get some more.
